About The Producer: Division Winemaking-Company (Division Villages) is a Portland based winery started in 2010 by winemakers Kate thomas and Thomas Monroe. They represent a new generation of curious winemakers looking to go beyond the status quo to create unique cuvees using diverse grape varietals. The winemakers are determined to work make wines with as little intervention as possible, working with vineyards that are terroir driven, and mostly using organic or biodynamic practices. The company includes three labels Division, Division-Villages, Nightshade, and Gamine.
