Notes from Demeus:
Riesling & Roussanne grown from the nutrient rich loess and schist soils of Milton Free-Water, Oregon. Picked in early October of 2020, the fruit was destemmed and fermented on skins with clear quartz for 413 days prior to pressing. No added nutrients, yeast, or fining agents used; no filtration - slight effervescence may exist. Contains minimally added Sulfur.
Best enjoyed slightly chilled and consumed over 48-72 hours to experience the length and development of our longest skin maceration process.
