Notes from the winemaker:
"Becoming a winegrower is the great adventure that began for us 20 years ago; a dream for those who have no family background in vineyards or wine but are just passionate wine lovers.
Cuvee notes: The light, granitic soils in the south of the appellation produce wines that are more elegant than powerful, warmer than austere. Their signature is a delicate hint of violet."
