"Originally, it was an agricultural farm with the main production of hemp cultivation. At the time, its fiber was intended for the industry of ropes and sails for the navy. From the 1950s and the arrival of nylon, this activity had to cease. Marie Louise and her son René decide to retrain in the cultivation of vines, of which she already owned a few acres from her parents. Little by little they specialize in this activity according to their passion. The vineyard is expanding. The grandchildren succeed them and now the great-grandchildren, i.e. four generations.

Cuvee notes: This well-known cru draws its personality from this exceptional terroir on the right bank of the Loire. The schist gives it smoky notes. Fine, racy and mineral, discreetly nuanced with oak. Very nice persistence in the mouth."
