Notes from the Woodyberry Wine:
"The Domaine is in Biodynamic conversion and uses no fertilizers, pesticides or herbicide, and minimal sulfur. This is practically unheard of in Muscadet. Less than 2% of producers hand harvest and even less operate organically. They are located just outside of the charming fortress town of Clisson. This is also the now one of the three new crus for Muscadet known for its granitic soil. Their Selection des Cognettes wins many acolades for its richness, minerality, and purity, only eclipsed by its Cru Clisson, that has characteristics of Chablis and aging potential of white Burgundy."
