A descendent of a long line of farmers, Christophe Mignon is a true conduit of the land and his unique approach to viticulture combines his own extension of biodynamics to include homeopathy, geobiology, and phytotherapy; all guided by the force of the moon in both the cellar and vineyard. His vines are spread among thirty parcels between the villages of Le Breuil and Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne. These terroirs are prime land for Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir which Mignon picks at optimum ripeness to allow for little, if any, dosage.

Notes from the producer:

"A beautiful shimmering hue, with elegant highlights, delicate and persistent ring of bubbles. Very clean and delicate nose, with subtle woody notes. Powerful mouth with hight precision, very fresh with toasted almond flavors."
