"Our 10-hectare vineyard extends mainly over Grands Crus planted with Chardonnay grapes. White grapes harvested and pressed by us.
Our winemaker approach is natural. The soils of our vineyard have always been maintained by plowing and each year we place a compost of local ingredients in the vineyard. The biological life of the soils generates health and productivity of the vineyard.
Our Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the estate and riddling is manual.
Our first wine. 2 vintages blended for this cuvée from plots in 7 villages. 4 Grands Crus: AVIZE, OGER, CRAMANT and OIRY. 2 Premiers Crus: AVENAY VAL D'OR, COLIGNY and VAUCIENNES. That is 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. Disgorgement 2 months before the sale and dosage limited to 7 grams of sugar / litre."
