This newest Color Collector release blends a single reserve puncheon of 2019 Gamay with a single puncheon of Gamay from 2020. The challenges of last year's Oregon wildfires pushed an exploration of winemaking outside of any lines of habit. The result is a non-vintage wine so unique in origin, it could never be replicated - even if I tried. It is riotously juicy and highly limited - hard won, and worth it.

As with every vintage of Color Collector Gamay, the label art has a theme drawn from the year in which it was made. The theme for 2020 is "ephemerals." These are transitory plants, defined by a short life-cycle and often the first to repopulate a forest after a wildfire.
