Bursts with bright red cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petal aromas balanced by an earthy, mineral undertone. This powerful wine sings with intense aromas of dark plums, violets, and balsamic herbs, grounded by a distinct chalky minerality. Grapes for ‘Stralisco’ are vinified full cluster, crushed by foot, and aged in small cement tank for two years. Named after a magical plant in an Italian children's book, it opens with highly perfumed, elegant aromas of red cherries, purple flowers, and sweet spices grounded by her signature deep mineral core.
