This wine is born from Malvasia di Lipari grapes that are grown in the Tricoli vineyard on the island of Salina. It is a vineyard that has a triangular shape, and "tricoli" is the word in Aeolian dialect for triangle. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature using only native yeasts. Elegant white flowers followed by crab apple and grapefruit with a briny herbal finish.
