This enthusiasm and commitment mean there is little need for intervention in the cellar. This Arneis does not undergo malolactic fermentation, which produces a more mineral driven and linear driven style that differs greatly from the ripe Chardonnay-like weight of Arneis by other producers. Crisp green apple and yellow pears dominate the aromatics.
