Soil and vine health are prioritized, with minimal external inputs to preserve vineyard integrity. Predominantly Garnacha (Grenache), with a small inclusion of Carinena (Cariñena) and other native grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vineyards are planted between 600 and 830 meters elevation in the San Martín de Valdeiglesias zone, on deeply decomposed granite soils characteristic of the Sierra de Gredos.
