"100% Petite Sirah/Serinne from our small parcel called Les Vignes des Enfants. 15 days of maceration of destemmed grapes took place in a fibre cuve. After décuvage the wine was pressed for 2 days. The following fermentation and aging ftook place in old barriques for 3 years. No soutirage, topped up one time after one year in barriques."
